MK7.5 GSW to MK7.5 GTI or Golf R front bumper conversion

Last night I had an incident on the highway that destroyed my front bumper. As long as the insurance company doesn't total my car I'm thinking it would be a good opportunity to upgrade to the either the GTI or R front bumper. Does anyone have a list of the part numbers necessary for the conversions?

Hey Cliff! Thanks man. It seems that every platform I've gotten into since the SE-R I always run into old mailing list/forum buddies. I've seen them around Miatas, Subaru Forester XTs, VWs, and now that I've been doing research on the Fiesta ST forum I see Greg Perry and George Perinis have just each bought a FiST recently lol.

I, too, used to be on the sr20 forum (user name was aknapp) when I lived in Richmond. I had a white NX2K, stripped interior, VE. AutoX’d the shit outta that car, and she always begged for more.

Anyway, nice to see a familiar “face” here, and I hope you get the front end sorted out quickly.
