You're not going to get close to the limits of the bottom end on a safe pump gas tune.

With my luck I'll find out for ya lol, I just flashed a new revision and we turned it up more, limiting the boost down lower for tq management and going 29+ to redline left the timing the same, making around 12°

but can you not adjust the waste gate before you bolt it in? this is not something done running is it?

I did my is38 before and this one also, it worked fine but I went back in and did the vcds after just to get it to the 3.5/6

Most of them are hitting 28psi around 3200RPM in 3rd or 4th gear depending on transmission. This is on road, of course. On the dyno they tend to spool 200-300RPM later.
