Anyone familiar with this? My clutch pedal clicks at the top of the release (it happens randomly it seems)...

I've seen this TPI (http://gitman.me/files/VW-TPI-2018689_1.pdf) floating round from older models and have also heard some parts could be lubricated to help with this?

I have removed the clutch spring and installed an ECS bleeder block.. car has less than 800 miles on it.. and the dealership acted stupid when I brought it in about this issue.

Mine does this as well. Noticed it more after my clutch was replaced under warranty.

Could it be the TOB? Don't think they replaced mine although I should have asked them to. Probably not as you would hear or feel something with the clutch depressed but....I dunno. Never bothered me enough to get it checked out.

Same here, clutch replaced under warranty about 6 months ago. Apparently a transmission seal failed causing fluid to contaminate the clutch disc
