It will probably happen.
When I first got my Speedy, my Hammy and Omega had close to equal parts wrist time.
I think I was a little reluctant, really, to wear the Speedy in fear of damaging it or something...I don't know hah.
But with over a year on the wrist now I almost never take it off.
I looked at the Hammy this morning and the date on it was the 6th.
I have not worn the watch for 3 weeks hah.
However one of those weeks I was on vacation so neither one really had a chance.

What do you think of the reliability of that piece? Looks fun if you want to get into the purely mechanical game on a budget.

I already have a few scratches on the clasp that hurt to look at, but I did want an everyday watch/all around watch and this Omega is too nice to not wear lol I do think I will still buy a Hammy. Had to take another shot of the watch looked nice with the sun hitting it right before heading into work.

Checking in with my speedy today. So how many of us rock a hami as a daily and Omega as a once a week piece.

I have been wearing this everyday. I tried on a new strap, navy blue and white.
First impressions....not really digging it, but let's see how this plays out.

After wearing a Hamilton Khaki Pilot Day Date Auto as a daily for 5 years, I decided to give it a break. Got this Vostok Amphibia as a daily. It looks so much better in real life than in the Amazon photos.

Bought a Hammy! This was the watch I was originally going to purchase before the Omega lol I can see why a lot of members have this watch. Very impressed to get this much watch at its price point.

Good 'ol Khaki King Auto.

I don't wear mine enough anymore. Usually only on weekends.

The Speedy typically stays on the bracelet (which I typically wear at least 4 out of 5 days at the office) where as the Hammy is the strap monster, so more "casual" lol.

I was originally going to buy it with the bracelet but most of my watches already have a bracelet. I like the look of the leather strap. Iíve never changed out my watches straps before may have to play around with them after seeing many of your guysí watches. Lots of which look really nice!
