Database for TSB (Technical Service Bulletins)?

Does anyone know if there is a public database of TSBs (Technical Service Bulletins) for our GTIs?
Stumbled upon the sunroof TSB through this forum and would be interested in seeing what other TSBs might apply to my car.
I'm a preventative maintenance guy but also just curious to learn what I should be watching out for.

From what i understand, TSBs doesnt have to be officially reported to the public. We can find those documents if someone from the dealership shares it.

if I'm not mistaken Scott Kilmer mentioned he paid for the subscription but he tested a $99 device from Amazon call Blue Drive (OBD plug in) that can get the info for free!

The NHTSA site will list many TSBs under "Manufacturer communication".

Here, for example is the 2019 GTI listing
