Tire flat spots, is there a fix?

My Avant was sitting last winter for 4 months. Fairly new Hankook Tires have 10/32 tread depth left. Dealer says they developed flat spots and now the ride is irregular, shaking and noisy. Do I need to rebalance, wheel alignment or replace.
Is there a fix?

If after driving several miles and it's the same then new tires. Put it on blocks if you don't drive it for that long again.

The sidewall is the problem as it has deformed over time. Replacing them is usually the only fix. As said stand on blocks next time.

Over inflate 5 psi and try for a few days.
Then lower to spec pressure and see how it does.
