Got my car on the dyno today.
Current setup is IE intercooler, BFI Stage 1 mounts, AFE dry filter in the stock air box, and JB4. I'm running E30 at best (haven't tested actual ethanol content), mixing E85 and 91 octane.
My JB4 map 6 settings are as follows:
1500 - 2.0
2000 - 3.0
2500 - 4.0
3000 - 4.5
3500 - 5.0
4000 - 5.0
4500 - 6.0
5000 - 7.0
5500 - 7.0
6000 - 7.0
6500 - 6.5
7000 - 6.0
All runs were in 4th gear, so the 124mph speed limiter was hit. The first 2 runs were on map 6, and the last run was on map 0 (stock). I did it in this order because I recall reading somewhere that going from map 0 to others takes time to adapt, while going from other maps to any other map (including 0) is instantaneous.
The first peaked at 272hp/336ft-lb. The second peaked at 273hp/339ft-lb.
The map 0 run peaked at 221hp/286ft-lb.
Unfortunately, I didn't log when they were doing the pulls. When the car was idling as I switched maps, though, the JB4 was reading 129°F IAT. Ambient temp at the time was 62°F at 70% humidity.
