I feel it is harder to get into 10s with the GTI...

I feel it is harder to get into 10s with the GTI compared to the R. The R is just able to put the power to the ground better. I'm going to try again soon though since boost weather is coming around...

Sorry to see this but at least it gives you the excuse to go BT. IS38s can make good power but the unfortunate reality is that reliability goes down the drain when being pushed.

You have everything coded out? What kind of tires are you on. My burnouts aren't great either but definately need ebrake up to stay still long enough to heat up the slicks decently.

Depends on tires. Slicks/drag radials I go through the water box. Street tires I go around. No point in doing a burnout on street tires though.

The walbro 305 pump from PR's stage 2 kit does not need an aftermarket controller and is e85 certified. Only problem is that it doesn't flow that much more compared to stock. The 305 is only good...

This was what was stated by torqbyte. I also drove a little while before tune for the lpfp and was fine. Didn't go wot though but normal driving didn't have an issue.

Why didnt you adjust from botom. Super easy that way. Also if you have obd11 you can monitor voltage as you turn rod which makes it a snap to set.



With obd11 car has to be on possition but...

Since you are local, another option would be dyno tuning at EQT. They are a bit pricey though. That is why I went with 5150.

Noone has really pushed the EQT turbos yet either. The one's Ed has tuned are either just running hpfp or stock fueling. It may seem like he is pushing the tune because his dyno has inflated numbers.
