I'm assuming I'm not the only one who sees on-ramps and odd intersection layouts as a way to have some fun while staying within legal(ish) speeds. I though it would be fun if you all get out your Google Earth and post up your favorite bits of road.
This is my current favorite. It's a new "diverging diamond" interchange. Here, the lanes are swapped to the other side of the road before making a left onto the main ramp. When the road is empty, there's a nice "S" chicane, followed by a dual 90-degree left turn onto the main freeway entrance. In heavier traffic, most drivers stay to the left, performing a painfully slow turn onto the main ramp. This usually leaves the right side free for an easy pass of up to 10-cars cars in one fell swoop.
