well assume you have no mods.
Dogbone insert (O34 motorsports), drop in performance air filter/ remove snow grate, deAuto led plate lights. can all be had for under 100 or right around there.
If manual, you could get a short shifter for around 100, or an upgraded shift knob around 100ish.
Obdelevn is another good choice (need andriod) there is obdeleven for iphone (new version but its more $)
I like my window guards (little over 100, but) you can have the window down when it rains lol or down a lil.
Or buy a used jb4 and give the person the gift card + cash lol idn

oh yeah LED b/up lights are real nice too. not for bling but to replace the wimpy OEM's. It really made a big difference.
