Hey guys. One my close friends has a manual 2017 GTI S with just under 15k miles and is considering trading for a DSG instead. The car is bone stock and he barely drives it due to the pandemic. He's been considering moving to DSG because traffic in NYC is terrible and also so his family can drive the car.
What do you think the best course of action would be for him? Trade in to dealer and hope to find one with similar miles? Or try to sell privately and purchase? If anyone has a DSG GTI with similar miles and would like to drive a manual, please let me know. Thanks!
