Honestly, looks like you just dug into the rim protector part of the tire. Generally it's fine to drive it if that is all you tore off, but you should probably have a reputable tire shop confirm.

Personally if its a short distance and it has held air this whole time sitting, i'd drive it to a tire shop to get replaced. If not just remove the tire and take the tire by itself to the shop.
