I want to get rid of all chrome bars under the side windows or change them to black on my Golf Mk7.5 varaint (there's 3 chromed bar pieces on each side under the windows).
Sticking the 3M black vinyl tape nicely looks impossible to me since there's almost no space between these chrome bars and the window seal. I tried removing one of those bars but with no success. I only made it wiggly - it doesn't sit so tightly anymore.
I wanted to know if any of you have any experience in doing this and could help me out.
