Widened Dallas wheels?

I came across these pics on a VW Facebook group. The wheels look like they are larger and wider versions of the factory Dallas wheel.

Looks like they has a huge lip too, so it doesn't seem like they actually are Dallas wheels . Just have the fan blade look it seems.

I don't hate the car either but you drop it that low and don't take care of the parking brake cable?
