What's the thought on intercooler hoses?

I'm running the stock ones, and when I was under the car doing the dogbone the other day, they looked kinda beat. Any real advantage to upgrading - and if so, what are the preferred choices?

The intercooler I bought had them, so why not use them? If you’re talking about the charge pipes, they aren’t worth the money or frustration from what I’m to understand.

Use what came with your IC. You can upgrade your charge pipes if you upgrade your turbo to a bigger hybrid or full frame turbo but not worth it for stage 2+ and below.

Might want to see if you can source them from the manufacturer. Sounds like you didn't have an issue with different diameters on the hoses from stock to the IC, so may not be a problem.. but if you feel like replacing them, I agree with those above on using what would have come with the kit. Unless they don't make or pair hoses with their kit, then you're probably fine just swapping for new stock ones.
