What's the final word on the Dogbone mount

I recently upgraded to BFI S1 engine/full trans mounts and I already had the powerflex hybrid bushing. The drivetrain feels very solid, however... Summer Temps + Traffic + AC + DSG is rough for NVH. i.e. sunglasses rattling in overhead trey, rearview mirror blurry from vibrations, etc. I see why people say you can ruin a car with upgraded mounts.

I'd say 75% of this was already happening with just the hybrid puck, but the BFI mounts made it worse. They're still pretty fresh, so I know they'll settle a bit, but I'm planning on swapping to an Alu A3 subframe, upgraded FSB, etc and am looking at dogbone bushings again.

What is out there that offers good control, won't fail prematurely, and has less NVH? The options I'm considering are:
Unitronic Full Replacement - Probably the best overall solution imo, and maybe less NVH than hybrid puck, but💰💰💰. Any reviews? Is it worth it? Do I bite the bullet?

Poweflex Hybrid Puck - Already had this and it performances well, but the NVH is no bueno.

Poweflex Insert - Cheap, maybe lower NVH than hybrid, and easy to replace if I don't like it. Supports top and bottom bushings, unlike BFI S1 insert.

Wild Card - 034 Top and Bottom inserts. I had these before the hybrid puck and they had low nvh, but I also felt like they beat up the rubber bushing and it loosened over time. Maybe with upgraded engine/trans mounts they'd be alright? I know @tigeo runs them and is doing fine.

Thoughts, comments, and reviews, please! I'd really like my car to not feel like a crappy 90s civic on its 12th owner.

I've been running the Powerflex Hybrid puck + BFI Stg 1 mounts for over 2.5 years now and I can tell you it will definitely mellow out some. Applying sound deadening material to the sunglasses holder (under the mat) and other parts of car really help with this. Before I had the BFI mounts with the upper and lower 034 inserts and I like the Powerflex hybrid more due to the more solid feeling it provides.

My 034 full kit - arm, rubber upper/lower bushings, and upper/lower inserts and their engine/trans mounts are still going strong after a few years including track use - of course I'm not a bazillion fwd hp lighting them up all the time....300whp awd wagon. NVH is v. manageable with AC on and DSG. I think it's a good setup.

So I ended up going with the 034 puck + top and bottom inserts. The inserts don't bottom out in the puck though, because the voids are filled. How did you get them to fit? Did you stretch or cut the rubber? I reached out to 034 on this too because they do sell them together as a kit.
