What is there to do in NYC today for a date?

Something fun. After work, for two people, somewhat cheap (not too cheap). Not having to do with consumption of alcohol, though it can be involved. I guess between the hours of 4:30 PM and 10 PM.

Not that I've been to NYC for Christmas, but I can only imagine the scene.

I'd love to take my wife through Central park on a horse drawn carriage, see the "Tree" then maybe view from atop Rockefeller Center all that is NYC when lit up at night.

We were there 2 years ago for our 20th anniversary and WPFG and we can't wait to go back.

Does involve alcohol, but I had a blast past march having one drink at a few ultra fancy hotel bars.

Bumped into Cuba Gooding Jr at the Plaza Hotel.

Personally, I'd take my lady for a quick bite in SoHo, do a little window shopping, and then find a cool bar to have a few cocktails...
