That's one of the leading options:
  1. Redo the factory machined face to fix a few spots of road damage/white worm
  2. Refinish them in the Galvano Grey used on Jetta R Line and other factory wheels (a dark silver/graphite)
  3. Do nothing and just get the tires mounted, since the damage isn't that bad
Reflex Silver car. The factory black and metal is a nice look and connects with the rest of the car, but it doesn't hold up. And Nogaros in a lighter color overall are really sharp. I'll definitely update here with my final decision!

Might be a dumb question but would this coating (or any coating) help clear up some of the pits and specks on the windshield? Mine is so bad its hard to see out of sometimes and a full replacement seems silly. Would 100% coat the windshield if it would clear up the glass.

Not to my knowledge…this is just for water repellency

Whew, got me good. I was halfway expecting to hear you run RT660s, RE-71RS, or some other flavor of what I lovingly refer to as antisocial behavior tires

street driving on autocross tires is occasionally hilarious. I think you'll like the ECS02, I bought them because they were what I heard autocross guys run as a rain tire. In the dry I was coming down an offramp and with some aggressive throttle I accidentally triggered switchpatch traction control and holy shit I didn't know cars could do that

Racingline end links , H&R front bar,s3 AL subframe , golf R steering rack, used p3 gauge, AliExpress battery cover for H6 AGM battery.
I really want css knuckles so may just cough and e-Acca those

Can you tell me more about the golf r rack conversion on your gsw? I wonder if it can be done on another mqb car like the Tiguan cause I hate the steering feel on that car.

Progressive steering rack (because not only golf R had one) mechanically/physically fits without problems, and 99.9% should work with electrical systems (as is only mechanical part of the rack that differs) I don't know if pre-facelift/facelift steering rack communication differs, but I don't think so. IMO it should work

Busy day in the garage. It’s perfect wrenching weather here in SE NC. @BigLips19 wanted a few parts including the wiper delete and the BFI dogbone mount so I figured what the hell, let’s see what we can get done. I LOVE working in these cars. Euro taillights and harness removed along with wiper delete and reinstallation of the stock parts. I pulled the full BAUN performance tbe off as well.

If anyone wants to buy parts from me and you want to take a drive, I’d be happy to help install them for you in my garage free of charge.
