I never drive it in the winter, and I'd prefer the operating range of 5w40 versus 0w20, put simply. The oil temperature shown on the dash appears to be not quite accurate, I'm logging 220-230 in real-time tuned and just want some more peace of mind, since my tune is fairly aggressive.
This made sense a few decades back, but I am not sure it will work on newer engines. The tolerances now are very tight and the thicker oil will have a hard time filling the voids and could lead to metal-to-metal contact, higher oil pressure, and probably higher temps as well. This article was sent to me by the tuner for my Camaro when I asked if I could move to 15W50 from 0W40 on the LT1 as I did on my high mileage turbo LS1 GTO.
Interesting perspective, I'll give it a read. My thought process is that the 5w40 is used on the other GTIs, and only in 2019+ do they call for 0w20. But then again, I haven't really run into any issues with 0w20, I just know that with pushing the engine further the 212℉ temp is being exceeded pretty quickly.

Gate keeperSome printed speaker rings, from a shop called NextGen Auto somewhere in Canada. Sent them the spec (manual) for my speakers and they printed these up. Could NOT be a better fit.

Also some more random RGB LEDs. The listing on Ali had them as a 4M0... Part number. They are actually 3GD 927 103. I'll test them to find out to which group(s) they can be assigned. I'm somewhat of a stickler for being able to separately control the different RGB zones even though I leave them all full bright all the time
