Stage 1.

I had a 95 civic and replaced every bushing with sphericals, including the external reservoir coilovers, which was my DD. 25 year old (single) me loved it. 36 year old wifed-up me needs to be more thoughtful and considerate lol

BFI Stage 1 is a really nice place to be IMO, 33 and wifed up and it keeps everything in place without trying to rattle out fillings.

I had S2 engine/transmission mounts and put in BFI S1 E/T mounts.... it's like night and day.

The factory TCR parts are made of Carbon fiber and carbon kevlar except the bumpers which are fiber glass and mfg by Tomuli composites in Czech Republic

The Oettinger kit is fiber glass too expensive it offers no real aero and looks off to me

The cheapest route is from Schmidt Motorsport they made there molds from the original 2015-2016 GTI TCR kit with the round fenders before VW revised to the 2017-2018 Evo box versions for better aero. there kit is carbon glass and runs $6500 now with inflation

This arrived Saturday, so I can tackle the trans mount. I drove to Harbor Freight Friday looking for a 16mm crow foot, but a 16mm only seems to come in the expensive set. I thought about it more, and since I just need the one size for a single use, I opted for a swivel from Amazon.
