I have mine set up to do bird noisesGeneration 2 external soundaktor module. I have a Gen 2.5 module but I'm having issues getting it to play sound while driving, although it has no faults and the sound output test works. A few theories about why it's not working but none I can "prove" with any data yet. One possibility is that pedal pressure data is not available on the CAN bus of my car, and that's one of the parameters added for the generation 2.5 modules. But who knows?
This module will be flashed with firmware from a 2.0 TDi (instead of 3.0 BiTDi firmware on the Gen 2.5 module) so I guess it's more appropriate anyway.

AGA or SAK?
Does it take a lot of space for wheel back spacing? Or about the same as the OEM with the dust boot? I have a set of Ride-Tech HQ coilovers (I think their are Fox) that I wouldn't mind swapping into the GTI. I am not into racing, but I would love to use stiffer springs than the H&R OE springs in the rear and be able to adjust the rake level.
