Made this super dope license plate holder and installed winter set up.

How did you make that? It looks fantastic

The performance pack is an option now essentially standard and SE, sport and autobahn trims. Cars that have it have red GTI Emblems and bigger front brakes with GTI on the calipers. Also a limited slip diff and at one point a very slight tune difference.

Got my ECS silicone turbo inlet pipe and KN air filter for the new GTI today. I already drilled open the slots the day after we got it so just had to add those last 2 items for a $100 all in intake lol.

Next UM tune and DSG tune.

Installed IE dogbone insert. Made a positive difference in shifts and added no NVH, though probably because I already had a little.

Got my OBDeleven in the mail (yesterday), so today I did the:

Remote activated windows/moonroof open/close.
Allowed DRL to stay on while using blinkers.
Turned off Soundaktor (so much better hearing the engine with it completely turned off.)

Tried touching-in 4mm nick on rear bumper without success. Built-in brush holds too much paint, cocktail sticks didn't help so getting me a modellers paint brush tomorrow. Paint needs drying then clear coat as car prepares for bi-monthly 2-bucket wash, a major event in these parts....

Thanks! I did a rough measure and get just over 1/2 to 5/8 inches all around. In other words about a 1 finger gap. My car is a DSG so not sure if that makes a difference.

Do you have any more pics? I just bought ED springs and 15/20 spacers for mine. One finger gap all around will be perfect for me.
