What did you do to your mk7 today?

Whoa - what's up with that wild background pattern on your MIB2 screen? I've never seen anything like that. There are 2 options accessible via OBDeleven, and I've tried the alternate one, but it's 98% identical to the default display and neither has a background looking anything like that. Did your car come like that or did you tweak it somehow?

I'd agree if it wasn't so seamlessly integrated. That is a SERIOUSLY well done aftermarket head unit if it is, indeed, aftermarket. But it's got the driving profile selection, the sensor bar for the touch screen buttons at the bottom, etc... Too OEM to be aftermarket... But I could also be wrong.

HEATER?

Yeah, it's an aftermarket Avin 8" Screen. I believe it uses the OEM signal from the main console in the glove compartment. So that honeycomb look should be what the MIB1 looks like. This unit is pretty much a bigger screen for the OEM unit and it also has its own android interface when you hold the media button. You can mirror the iPhone, play movies and other media.

More like the last week but I've had parts piling up waiting to be installed.

Unibrace, new sparco seat, the same set of wheels with trofeo R tires, DBV2 intake and turbo muffle delete, sparco tow strap with bms go pro mount. Not pictured is a st rear sway bar as well.

Been a busy week preparing for my next time attack event coming up on Sunday. Almost there.

Not ran with much weight in the car after installing the lowered suspension and that was one big factor when selecting which to purchase.
There's two wardrobes and two drawer/side boards amongst other things + two adults and my son
She's low but ran perfectly after putting the tyres up to pressure.

A couple months ago I loaded mine up with 2 90 pound sheets of 3'x3'x.25" steel for a project at work and she ran like a dream. Nosed up a little more than usual with all that weight in the back but didnt lose much of its pep

Must be a colloquial thing. Or even slang from a different era. Only time I heard that used as slang was by my ex's 65 year old dad who was an alcoholic and would go on binges he called "heaters".
