So I did not have the "Access Control 02" in the Central Electrics 09 module, as the newer builds have been updated.

Instead look for "ZV Komfort" in the Central Electrics module, and you should be able to find the comfort open and close functions set to "not active" and set those to "active"

To enable the keyfob functionality, search for "Schlüssellose Zugang" in Central Electrics, then set "Startberechtigung-Kessy Komfort oeffnen" to "Active" as well as "Startberechtigung-Kessy Komfort schliessen" set to "Active"

When I press and hold the unlock button on the fob, the windows open fully and the sunroof tilts up, but does not slide back. This is perfect for how I want it, but you may be able to have it slide the sunroof all the way open.
