What did you do to your mk7 today?

Any tips? It seems like the full circle underlay would last longer than the inlay.

I did the full circle. I followed the directions from Paul at DAP. It's on youtube. It is a pain, but I didn't break anything.

Isn't the full circle only available for the front badge though? The rear you have to use overlay pieces to fill gaps.

I just got a new badge backing after cracking mine on the rear badge. Thinking about getting it paint matched. Would look much better and I'd feel better about it than the vinyl skins.

I plasti dipped the front GTI emblem but the back one I just purchased a black GTI with silver trim. Not worth plasti dipping.

I wouldn't mind the badges so much if they were just chrome. The red badges on the Performance Pack are one of my biggest annoyances lol.

Yeah. It was one of the first things I did to my car. The black inlay is not kosher for me.

I've been debating doing the wiper delete too since I had it on my mk6 and still have my urotuning delete plug.. Will probably give it a fresh coat of paint and do it when I do my tail lights that Santa is bringing. :D xD

It may be 40 degrees and windy but I can still get a good wash in!

Gave it a good wash also in 40 degree weather.
Applied Gtechniq G1 on the windows, but didn't have enough for the rear passenger/driver side. I need to order another bottle, that stuff is amazing!
Installed my winter wheels, Sparco Terras mounted on Blizzak WS-80's.
