I've been wondering how that would look on the MK7 and it looks great! How does it sit compared to stock? Can you feel the difference in weight?

It's a little lower, a little smaller and a bit heavier. I like the way it fits. If I were to make a revision, I would make the golf ball full leather. But, otherwise I like it way better than the stocker.

I bought this knob for my 15 GSW and it's a great upgrade. Although it will be getting turned in with my buy back as the leather wrap on it started to become loose and the threads for the knob became worn. Considering Bomba for my new GTI. Wondering how the "derlin" shell on the Bomba knob feels with cold and hot weather. They state that it is resistant to temperature change.

Installed red footwell lights, plaid badge skins on steering wheel and front/back emblems. And blue blind spot mirrors. All I got is a pic of the footwell from when I was posting about where I put my phone for Android auto

I can attest to Boomba's Delrin shift knobs as being temperature neutral, was running they're total short shift kit in my '15 focus st! Felt great in the hand and love the extra weight, made shifting buttery smooth

The temperature neutral aspect would be a deal breaker for me. The BFI knob was freezing in the winter. The leather wrap on it definitely helped but couldn't imagine a complete metal version. I guess I could use gloves and quit complaining

Damn that has me worried about my move back north (I live in Florida now). It's a good thing the one I ordered is leather wrapped.

Just a word about this company, if you order from them in the US, it will take a long time to get to you because they are in the UK. My first order was lost. Never got anything after a month.

Emailed them and they have now sent a replacement order, this time with tracking through Royal Mail... However days later the tracking still says its sitting at Heathrow Airport waiting to be dispatched to the US...

Sort of aggravating. But they have been quick to get back to me the few times I've gotten in touch with them, so I can't ding them yet.

I absolutely love bronze wheels, and I think it's a great color for the Midnight Blue.

Thanks! [emoji106]

Bronze and gunmetal are great choices for blue.
