Now I kinda wish I'd sprung for the LEDs and whatnot :( looks sweet. How was getting signal to it?

A box goes to ODB2 port that sends all the information to the LED screen wirelessly. Measures Speed, RPM, boost, water temp, oil temp and a few other things. LED only needs 12v power and ground

The drive select and start buttons are done wirelessly too. Very easy install.

Did you have the basic or Fender system before? Based upon that wiring diagram, I'm guessing you went with a Ali express Dynaudio system? And I'm afraid to ask how you got the C fuse panel down like that. Very interested to see how it ends up.
@Kushdaiin I still have nightmares about that cabin fuse box.. those pink tabs....

I don't know shit about alignments, but looking at this, I would assume that the alignment was fine before. Did I waste my money getting a new alignment?

That’s a “toe and go” alignment, I mean it’s nice to still get it done like a maintenance item, but yes you’re were not on a position that the current alignment was causing any wear or dynamics issues. What did they charge you.

looks like a firestone printout, so I'm guessing $99.

i had the basic, that i upgraded to a 5 channel amp...2 channels stopped working. the fuse block was surprising simple. remove thee bolts around the fuse block(grounding points) circled in blue, press the three plastic clips in( left large, right small above the 30a, top tiny hidden on upper right side) thenremove the lower two relays to give your self room and while pushing the support plastic ( part held by bolts) towards the firewall pull the fuse block forward and rotate it towards you. you dont need to pull it out as far as i did, but i was afraid of breaking the security tabs(pink)

Still not my favorite part of a fuse install. :ROFLMAO:

I've done a number of fuse installs having to remove the pink tab but I've never rotated the fuse box down like that. Needless to say, I'm impressed that it you were able to move it that far. Having it in that position makes it far more simple to remove the pink tabs. (y)

Oh and did you get the Dynaudio system from Ali or did you find salvaged speakers from Europe?

So I got the wiring from Ali express, the amp was Ebay, the speakers were after market running resistors to run in 2 ohm. For not having component protection removed yet it sounds good.

Woke up early before the heat got too bad and finally washed it. Needs some more clear coat TLC to get out a few persistent bird shit stains, but not too bad for now; took some barkeeper's friend to the tips while I was at it. I forget how much DIB pops in the sunlight.

What's the magic to fixing bird shit stains? Noticed a few that didn't come off when I washed this weekend. Need to start keeping some quick detailer and a rag in the back for bird shit so it doesn't sit in-between washes.

Polish and patience, I'd imagine. I don't have much of a space to work on it so will likely just take it to get detailed at some point. Pro tip if you're gonna spot remove them between washes: make sure to soak them a bit before wiping them off. Got some nice scratches in my clear from not doing that 🤦‍♂️

Swapped plugs today and installed @StorableComa grounding kit. @Diggs24 do you know what is the white residue on plug 1? Car is running EQT stage 1 and I add 1 gal ethanol with atleast 10 gal of Shell 93. Every month or so I run a full tank of 93 so the r content don't go too high.

Forgot to add that the car didn't run rough or anything, this set of Ruth has around 35k miles on them.
