Did yours make what I can only describe as a "creaking" noise for a bit?Installed an ECS rear diffuser. I’d give it an 8 out of 10. Super easy to install but fitment could be a touch better.

The car hasn’t been out of the driveway yet. But if I hear anything I’ll report back.Did yours make what I can only describe as a "creaking" noise for a bit?
That foam did not look happy. That was actually easy…. Can’t believe I contemplated a shop doing it, but dang I need quickjack badly lol

I don’t have the composite oil pan anymore…. switched out to a metal pan couple years ago, so the board did not necessarily lay perfectly flat against the pan. Daughters pool noodle was all I had to use for cushion, and I’m glad I did lolThat foam did not look happy.
I have no experience with 034 parts personally but I feel I hear their name come up often in regards to poor parts.Gave the GTI some attention today after spending too much time with the RS3 lately lol.
Finally tackled my rear shock mounts - driver side was clunking pretty bad. Replaced the 034s with a new set (thanks to FCP Euro's warranty). Seems they have revised these mounts in the last few years, as the old set had a poly bushing, and the new ones are rubber. The poly was absolutely toast, so hoping the new rubber replacement ones last much longer. If they fail again, I'll just go back to OEM.

Also found the source of my intermittent SAI "insufficient flow" fault code and CEL. Cracked pipe leading to the combi valve. Gorilla taped it up to see if that solves the issue - don't feel like spending $150 plus on such an inconsequential pipe if I can help it.

110k?? Do you coast to a stop everywhere?Just did my first ever brake swap. New rotors and pads in the front! Will do rears in a couple weeks. 110750 miles on the original brakes. Very thankful my parents let me take over their garage.

I used the lifting locations where the Audi jackpads go to raise the fronts onto stands. I am compelled to post these pictures because of this video.

The jacking location is SUPER easy to access. Just remove one screw then pull the aero panel backward. A hockey puck would fit the lift point perfectly but I just used what I had:
