It's a light tachometer. It provides easy visual cues for the current RPM, letting me know where I am on the RPM scale without having to look at the stock tacho.

Ahhh, on Maxton US website listing for Clubsport style spoiler they show pictures of a car, a real Clubsport with the spoiler cap (which they are not selling, because we didn't get the Clubsport in the US). They also show pictures of the product they are selling, but they are not installed on a car. It does look like the product from that YouTube video that was linked earlier...

I still think it looks good, not quite as good as the real thing. And not as good as the real thing with spoiler cap. But also thousands of dollars less expensive.
Maybe the send you both clubsport spoiler and clubsport spoiler cap.
I think it looks really good with or without cap.
I'm going to mock it up with blue tape to see just what the deal is, if its not the look I saw on their website, then it's possibly going back

Mk7 parts haven’t been selling at all lately, so I’ve been working a little OT at work instead (which is actually lucrative vs building car parts just being fun).
So I paid off our XC90 today, and washed the old farm truck for the first time since I’ve owned it.
Went to look at an old crappy farm house on 46 acres yesterday (this kind of shopping is why I paid off the Volvo).
So if anyone would be interested in the Clover, SC house and shop that may be something I’d entertain (it’s not officially on the market).

I like that brick house (minus the awnings, they'd have to go) but what is the appeal here over the shop house? The additional acreage?

Yeah it needs literally EVERYTHING, but the 46 acres is awesome (two creeks, multiple build sites, tons of elevation change aka fun for a family who all rides MX).
We’d do a renovation & addition on the brick house. Eventually my dad would build a barndo there as well. So basically short term discomfort to have what I’d need to make 4x the money to just go out and buy already done.
My wife has wanted to restore a 100 year old home since we bought our first one, so basically the land is my dream and the house is hers.

I installed the RSB clamps I got earlier and went for a drive along my usual commute and not a single damned squeak. It was glorious. Ignore the crappy job I did of hitting up a few bare spots on the sway bar with paint.
