Received my AliExpress DSG LED shift knob. OEM knob was a bit worn and wanted to try something different. Most frustrating thing is I dropped my pliers and put a gouge in my selector trim. Will bother me to no end.
Do you like it? It looks like a short bus lever.

I think it’s the .5 camera angle of those images… I’ve seen these in person in the oem cars and it’s really not that much bigger than the regular AUTOMATIC shift knob
@Mass_Paul, what are you using in the 12V outlet below your shifter? I've been looking for something understated like that.

Today we can say that I am officially 1.8 IS38.
Before some hours I got my car from the garage. It was at my mechanic's hands for 10 days.
- IS38 installation
- Custom 6 pad flywheel disc
- Gearbox (02S) "surgery" and changing the bearings
Now I have to do 1K kms with the new disc and then I can push hard.

Out with the new and in with the old, back to manual HVAC controls. Too many issues (for my liking) with the the partial climatronic retrofit.
