So far nothing, not even seen it since yesterday. Sorry for wasting bandwidth, I'm stuck at work, bored senseless, counting the hours to leaving time. Longish trip planned for Saturday, hence the clock-watching, actually looking into my monitor, appears like I'm busy and keeping an eye out for the boss. S'ok, no one else here is busy either, and it's back to the forum....

Nope, no neither firing. I'm supposed to give tech help but I basically get paid to repeat myself over and over as no-one listens, and to keep my mouth shut about all the wastage. I.e. dozens of computers (& books) go into landfill every 18mths or so, and are accounted for (sigh, rather than simply updated or upgraded.

Back on subject: I opened, closed then re-opened the folding mirrors on discovering the Golf in the garage where I left it. Less than steller news except for some reason the driver, right mirror, was still folded but the left had somehow opened itself, not supposed to be able to happen....

Just received my CTS Turbo Inlet Pipe. Went to install it and removing the OEM one is extremely easy. Installing the new part is also very easy but when I tried to screw the Torx 30 screw, it just doesn't fit in the CTS part. It's just too big and won't screw. I tried to force it but no way.

It'was also very hard to get the intake (stock) pipe to slid onto the CTS pipe. I had to take a knife to pry the OEM pipe up so it would fit. I don't know if it's not the right part but I had to put the OEM pipe back. Very disappointing since I waited 2 weeks to get that part.

While doing that, I took a picture of the Turbo and I found the following scratches in the turbo itself. Is this normal?
