he means do not put anti seize on bolts i think and yes, do not put it on bolts only spacers.

There are 2 sizes of bolts with the kit. They are really hard to tell the difference, but they are different. I'll check them again too.

Sorry I'm sure you know this already but what I meant to say was make sure not to mix the bolts since the ECS Kit comes with bigger bolts BUT they are not all equal in length since the kit comes with 15mm & 20 mm spacers they will include longer bolts for the 20mm and a bit shorter for the 15 mm so if you mix them up that's an issue.
