I'm pretty OCD when it comes to keeping my car clean. I already make sure my hands are clean when driving it now with leather . I can't stand a shiny dirty wheel. I'm not to worried about maintaining it, if it wears out faster than I thought it's no big deal, only cost $50. I'd even consider putting another one on if I really like it.

Are there instructions as to how to stitch it properly. That stitching pattern looks pretty intense.

Edit. N/M I used my eyes are read the entire post and say the instructions. Carry on ignore this.

Eh, I feel like I would be so paranoid and have to wash my hands before I drive my car haha. How often would you need to clean it, do you know by any chance?

You should have clean hands before you drive with any animal product wheel. The number one reason people have issues with leather steering wheels is the lotion they put on their hands.

I always cleaned mine when I cleaned the interior, so weekly at least. But realistically when you start to see a change in the nap or finish, clean and brush it.

added red highlights to the mirror caps as a fun experiment using red vinyl. thought it might match the red stripe well? Haven't fully committed to the look yet but so proud of how it turned out that I'm gonna keep it for now haha. What do y'all think?

Today I wrapped my mirrors with vinyl. I'm pretty happy with the way it looks. It was my first "mod".[emoji23]

Why not just buy the OEM black mirror caps?

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yeah, I also did black-wrapped my mirror but I think I'll buy OEM mirror car.(can't decide in Black or Silver though...)

I'm quite happy with the result, but it's not perfect and wrapping them was more a test that a "final" mod...

So I'll say that quality_sound is right, better buy a OEM mirror-cap for a final mod.
(wrapping is good for test but not in the long term)
