The usual whipping up some parts, drove the ol Mk7 to work and went for a little ride in a coworkers minty ‘87 911. He brought me some manifolds for his 928 Euro so I can measure and order parts for a Catback I’ll be building for it.







So needless to say now I’m 911 shopping

I got these in from ntbvinlys.com. They were really easy to apply and it came with a set for the logo on the steering wheel as well (they also included a spare set of each).

Sounds like CV joint is going bad. Clicking at full left lock moving forward. We'll see if VW covers it. Car is lowered and stg 1 tune. If they fly, I'll just replace it.

Washed the car, just a quick contactless wash, since I am trying to weaken the protection on there so I can rewax in May after a light paint correction.

In the first pic's background, you can see the blower. That bad boy dried the car so damn well lol.

I'm about to pay it off, but I'm hesitant. I only owe about $9k more on it and I have the cash to do so, but the last time I paid a car off it dropped my credit score almost 30 points. Having open loans is apparently good for your credit.

It is but you'll be wasting money on interest cost. So effectively you're buying a better FICO score. Nobody got rich because of a higher FICO score.
