Yeah, and some creamers and cubed yukons. My kids never met a potato they didn’t like, so I threw everything I had in.

I often make fried rice, I have done it with baked beans (kinda Cassoulet) I am thinking a of just using it on-top of a nice salad

Duck-n-Shroom risotto or tortilla (burrito sized) pizza with duck, goat cheese, and fig jam.

salad with burger: grilled turkey burger broken up onto salad with lots of things in it. Cuke, onions, pepper, fresh corn, beans etc....I will rub garlic onto a piece of toast cut that up. the trick is to make a dressing of what you like on a burger IE mayo, catsup, relish, BBQ, etc.

Boston butt on the Kamado Joe, with baked great northern beans and bacon, pasta salad, and pineapple coleslaw. Alabama white and traditional tomato based bbq sauces.

Not pictured cornbread.

Went side dish heavy to have some variety with leftovers.
