Weird whistle type noise...

So I did some 3rd gear pulls to monitor for any boost leaks via OBDeleven. Couldn’t data log on the IPhone but live data specified and actual were spot on. Both maxed around 33 psi, about 65 degrees out so around 18 psi, which is in-line what these cars supposed to be. At least that’s that.

Huh. Well…then I think I’m with what @jimlloyd40 said:

If it was a new noise that just started I wouldn't ignore it but I wouldn't obsess over it either. By spring when you want to tune it you will know if it's a problem.

I know you mentioned stock. But stock stock? As I know some inlet elbows whistle under WOT.

I’m having the whistle issue under hard throttle as RPM’s and speed builds. Only noticed it after installing a turbo inlet pipe, hose, and filter. Could you expand on the inlet elbow being the issue and other cases of where you heard about it? Thanks.
