Has anyone replaced a Turbo Wastegate Actuator For VW GTI MK7 2.0 IS20? If so are they oem or aftermarket and where did you purchase it? Any issues installing?

there are two actuators, the "big" mahle actuator on the pre-fl Golf R and the "little" hanon-cooper actuator on the IS20 and the facelift R.
if you're buying the part on its own, it's usually a Mahle-style actuator from upper-trim Audis with an extension, or an alibaba clone. I suspect most of them are aftermarket clones at this point, especially the "IS20 style" ones like EQT. I'd specifically avoid that one unless you want to spend $300 on a part you can buy yourself for $60 off aliexpress.

as far as installing them, the adaptation process is just slightly different. I would recommend picking up an extension harness so you can adjust the rod while the turbo is detached from the car:
