Yes. It's not an "is38" actuator. It's a cooper same one as the is20. They rest halfway open. I didnt look at the voltage when I ran adaption. I counted about 8 threads on the rod and tried adaptation. If it failed I made minor adjustments and it passed shortly after a few adjustments. Using the apr video will not help because that's using the mahle actuator commonly used on is38s

You want me to check engine running right. I won't have time tomorrow. When I get a chance I will and let you know.

I would be more help if I could check what mine is resting at but my engine is coming out and in process of being rebuilt

Hey any one have there wg voltage change? Should i use some loctite to secure it?

Is the nut physically loose?

Its likely the weld failed on the wastegate flapper arm. When it does, the swivel arm bends towards the hotside and binds. You need to remove the turbo and check the weld and flapper arm. The flapper should move without resistance. Inspect the weld for cracks.
