If I were torquing on something, slipped and sheared any fueling related anything to that extent, I’d be ecstatic that the car started up in the first place. It’s as if the car said no worries, I got you, here is a code, please use it to heal me. That sensor was pretty key but I won’t leave you stranded.
The Lexus would have likely eaten itself and you’d be adding replacement disposable coil plugs to your list on the Honda anyhow.
