Hi guys just wondered if any1 has had any warranty issues where they didn’t want to cover it, I’ve got a mk7 R the itch extended warranty 2017 and I have coolant leak been told it’s the water pump and thermostat and also wheel bearing humming

The thermostat housing leak is a known problem so you shouldn't have any issues. Depending on mileage the wheel bearing may be put down as a consumable. I would hope they cover it though.

Get the wheel bearing replaced asap whether they cover it or not. I agree they should cover the coolant leak.
