Hello, I needed to take my doors cards off to Sound Proof my door cards and the panels so here is how to removal them if you don't know already how to.

VW GOLF GTD 3 DOOR

Tools Needed:
Prying Tool or something similar
T30 Torx Screwdriver
10mm spanner or use your fingers
Door card Clips (BUY ONLY FROM VW around £0.80p so only use genuine ones)

The reason I say buy genuine ones are due to the quality and they hold the door card in properly than the standard fake eBay ones but choice is yours. :)

I'm going to keep it sort and simple.

Picture 1) Use prying tool and pull towards you
Picture 2 & 3) Use a T30 Torx Screwdriver
Picture 4) Use 10mm Spanner and turn 90° degrees or use your finger
Picture 5 - 7) Use prying tool & YOUR HULK STRENGTH!!
Picture 8) Door card half off with all the clips off
picture 9) PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME DOING THIS PART. Unplug all the wiring that connects to the door card, where my finger is there is a little lip and just pull that towards the right. SIMPLE AS THAT!!

Thanks
Hope this helps

The clips are supposed to stay attached to the door panel, ideally.

Double check that you didn't break the mounting tabs/slots for the clips on the door card itself (since the clips were still attached to the door in your pics)

And remove all the clips from the door & slide them back into their slots on the door card (or use new ones) before reinstalling
