VW alignment specialists-need help with procedure

As the title states, I have to reset the toe on my 2016 R. It had H&R springs in it and I put the factory springs back In. I’m using a Hunter alignment machine, if that matters, and when I tried to do the alignment one day, it was asking for height measurements and If I recall correctly some other measurements I never had to do before, I have only really ever done GMs. Are these measurements crucial for setting a standard spec alignment?

Nope. Not even the parking alert sensors. I have rain sensing wipers and DLA.
