If the previous wastegate values were good, then i believe I may have sorted the problem.
These are short, light mid throttle logs as it is pouring rain.

A new wiring harness was installed by me this time. The ECU pins for the previous harness installed by a shop were not inserted all the way and there was no data to the previous sensor, and the sensor was wired incorrectly.

Pin 50 on the ecu harness is pretty difficult to do. eventually I was able to install the pin correctly and have it seated. All pins are now in.

If you think the Precision Raceworks Harness is expensive and can do it better, so be it. I think its way better peace of mind, ease for a driveway DIY.

Why are you using a T instead of getting a fitting for the HPFP like they have in Europe?

After breezing through the posts, I'm glad you were able to find your boost leak.

If you have the A2B LPFP definitely reach out to Billy and his team, I'm sure they'd be happy to support you and their product.

In terms of your wastegate voltage, if using an IS20 Actuator on a Vortex they like higher voltage than the IS38 style actuator.

Typically 3.85-3.9 volts is the happy spot when using an IS20 style actuator.

So now that the LPFP is reading correctly with a PR MPI harness, now fuel trims are higher than expected - first idea is an MPI injector isnt firing.

I had also filled up at kroger instead of shell like normally. It currently is running on half 93 kroger, half 93 shell in this log, with some injector cleaner additive.

I have checked my pinning, and that the connections are seated both on the injector bodies and in the ECU plug. The injectors are all showing 12.5 ohm resistance. They are getting 12v.

My base tune is written for 925cc injectors, and im finding out these are 980cc.

I am using the OEM MPI rail like APR kit has, so its a smaller diameter than the PR and A2B kits.

Previously to changing over to the PR harness, I was not getting data from my LPFP sensor so the pump defaulted to 51% duty at idle and went up to 70% at load. I did not have STFT percentages over 10 with that duty cycle, however its much more than a base tune needs.

Also found some leaks around the mpi injectors, put new seals in. newest revision PCV is now on. tightened up the compressor outlet to hard pipe elbow.

Im not really sure anymore. I keep seeing STFT in all different numbers and hearing back that its hardware.

tried some logs, did some in the morning when it was cool and then afternoon when warmer. all logs done on same day 6-4-22.
injectors were sent out to fuel injector clinic. within 2.5% of each other at 43.5 psi. cleaned and replaced.
New bosch oem upstream O2 sensor.
now using the IE V1 intercooler.
