Used downpipe to stock catback question

I bought a used Armytrix downpipe to match with my stock exhaust. The original owner had it mated to an aftermarket 3in exhaust so he didn’t include the 3in-2.5in reducer. Has anyone else had this issue? Did you have this custom made or did you buy it somewhere? Any info is appreciated! (2019 R)

Thanks for the response. I’ve done a fair amount of research and consulted fellow MK7 buddies. I’m getting a ton of conflicting info. My buddy thinks I’m going to need a long piece. I thought I’d just need a small step down. I don’t have solid info, so I’m hoping for someone with experience.

Not yet, no. The downpipe arrived an hour or two ago when everything was closing up. I figured I could have them fab something up but I wanted to see if anyone else had gone that route or not.
