US spec rims question

Anyone in the US notice that the inside part of their rim on the MK7 is deteriorated like it didn't get a clear coat on it or something I'm noticing this on my front rims not so much the back seems like maybe the extra heat is maybe cause a problem or something when I get a chance I'll take a picture but just seeing if anyone else has noticed anything

I know they didn't get sprayed black all the way through like they should have. But in no way should brand new oem wheels should be deteriorating,any pics?
