How is the ride quality with this setup: 19 x 8.5 ET45 compared to the stock 18's?

For me the 19's have made it a bit stiffer, especially on back roads but that's marginal compared to 18's. I actually quite like it as it makes the ride sportier for sure, especially compared to 17's which I have on the family Golf.

OZ Omnia 18x8 ET45 with Eibach Pro-Kit (and Koni FSDs).

Supposedly a 1.0 inch drop but it looks the same as VWR/Neuspeed Sport to my eyes.

Thank you! The hood and the Rear Spoiler are custom made by GermanWorks Automotive (@gwautomotive). Wheels are OZ Ultraleggera Wheels (19x8.5) and tires are Pirelli PZERO 235/35/19.
