Universal Rally Armor Mudflaps

Has any one Installed universal rally armor mudflaps on their Gti? I bought a set but they seem a bit large and may require some trimming. Does anyone have any recommendations or tips?

I just got some stock VW mud flaps/splash guards for my 2016 Mk7. Not installed yet but I like them more than any others I’ve seen. About $80.

Yeah those look pretty nice. I decided to go the cheaper route and try to make them work. If I can’t I only lost $15 and I’ll try another set

The problem with VW mudflaps since they wrap around the fender (and rear bumper), that means dirt can get behind it.

Love my Rock Blocks. Was going to go with Rally Armor but these are wonderful. Pricey but they are heavy duty

Nice I really wanted those but it was a bit to pricy for me. I found a deal with the universal rally armor mud flaps for $15 so I am going to try to install them.

Not everyone has the luxury to buy a $130 kit. I bought the universal kit for $15 and they look sick! In my opinion atleast
