Tune/ software update

Unfortunately might have to go into the dealer to fix my infotainment system believe it might need an update or it could be a wiring issue. Currently Uni stage 2 (idc about TD1) would them updating this software, unplugging the battery or other things of that sort mess with my tune? Possibly delete it would rather not have to use my uni cable as my laptop finally died

No the tune will be fine.
