Trying to Find Previous Owner of My Car (2016 VW GTI S in Virginia)

I purchased a 2016 GTI S from Ourisman of Alexandria in Virginia a few weeks ago and I am trying to locate the previous owner. The car is white with the plaid interior. I am trying to locate the owner because the car has an ARM downpipe and an aftermarket exhaust and I think the car has a tune, but not sure which tune it has.

Please let me know if you are the previous owner of this vehicle or if you know anything about the history of this car or the tune on this car.
