thanks guys! didn't realize H&R made a big girthy 26mm bar so going to get that with new Moog end links and look forward to never thinking about it again! haha
FWIW I did have one of the nuts start to back off (end link to sway bar), but it's likely because after I initially installed (over a year ago) I have never retorqued it (just a visual inspection of paint marks I put on after install).
At an event last month I had no noises at the beginning of the day, and once all 4 sessions were over I was getting a very minor/barely noticeable rattle intermittently. Looked it over and found the above loose.

hello team! I have an EQT tuned 480whp mk7 with lots of goodies. Bought it stock at 30k miles and it has been turned up as a commuter weapon for ~70k amazing miles now as the car has nearly 100k miles on it today and the car has been remarkably hassle free at this power level and easily one of my favorite cars I've ever owned including lots of different fancy sports cars.
...
I know this has been covered endless times, but for those of you with lots of miles on your RSB setup, what do you all recommend for a very stiff rear sway bar with end links that will last forever?
You must be psychic. I was running a SuperPro rsb with SuperPro endlinks until about 2 weeks ago, when my rear suspension suddenly started making a metallic popping noise every time the car shifted from side-to-side. I had a road trip that I was doing in two days later, so I put the OEM swaybar links back in, but I'm now looking for links that are going to last better than the SuperPro ones. I put about 70k kms on them before they self destructed.
Looking forward to the recommendations from the group here.
